ATC with a horse

I just hosted my frist swap on swap-bot after having participated to all of them. I decided to choose the "year of the horse" as a subject for an ATC swap. Here is the very cute ATC I received from Michele Martin:

And here are two that I sent:

Profile based ATC swap

On swap-bot, all members have a profile where they say what they like and don't like. Some swaps are then based on the profile of your partner: you have to send mail-art (or ATC) that will fit to the "like" list of your partner. For the last swap of this type that I participated to, both of my partners have selected science-fiction in my list of hobbies and they sent me these two wonderfull ATC.

First Stella Van Domburg from Neitherlands picked up my favourite movie (Forbidden planet).

And Dawn Edwards made this fantastic "doodle" ATC. I also share with you the very nice envelope that she used to send it.

In the profile of the partners I had to send to I picked up the fact that one likes gerber daisies and the other likes imaginary animals like unicorns.

2014 ATC swap

The constraint was to make an ATC including 2014 in the design. I received this ATC from Colleen Jackson Pascoe.

And I sent the following ATC:

Dragonfly ATC, Star ATC and Time ATC swaps

A swap of dragonfly ATC gave me the opportunity to received these two very nice ones from Carmen Paillie:

And I sent this one:

Another swap was about ATC with a star in teh design. I received this one from Renann Eason:

And I sent this one:

Finally a swap about Time led me to receive this ATC:

And to send this one:

Received from Corinne Parchantour

Lauren Bacall ATC swap

Another ATC swap on swap-bot: the topic was Lauren Bacall and the constraint was to use a black and white picture.

I received this ATC from Gorgene Nasheim

The ATC was sent in this very nice mail art envelope

And here is my ATC:

Chistmas teddy bear ATC swap

On swap-bot I participated to an ATC swap on the topic : Christmas teddy bear. I received this nice ATC from Sharon Mackie.

"Une vie, une arbre" is an association that collects money to improve the situation of chikdren in hospitals. Check their website at :

New mail art calls for 2014

As announced in my previous post, I am launching three new mail art calls at the beginning of the new year.

First project: One word, one ATC
Choose one word and create an ATC illustrating it. Only one contsrtaint (on top of the usual ones for ATC) the word must appear in the design. In exchange I will send you back my own interepretation of the same word. Received items are displayed at :

Second project: Poppies
Poppies are my favourite flowers ! Received items will be displayed on this blog.

Third project: the golden ratio
Let's explore the link between art and the golden ratio. Received items will be displayed on this blog.

Happy new year 2014... and new mail art calls to come

Happy new year to all of you. Here is the card I have designed to send my new year wishes... Inspired by the fact that 2014 will be the year of the horse in Chinese zodiac.

And soon I will publish my new mail art calls for 2014! Stay tuned.
