It's raining men

I'm sure you remember the song from the weather sisters! This was the title of a swap on swap-bot. The swap was about postcards picturing men. The first postcard I created was very... in the spirit of the song... and then I realized it may not be soooo appropriate for a mail art swap with someone I did not know. So I made a second one. Here it is.

And the one I got in return from Caroll Davies.

Sent to Françoise Chambier (Zarou)

Here is an envelope made from a page of a magazine I found in a British Airways plane. As soon as I saw it i kne I had to use it for an envelope to Zarou. She has a call "bears" and a call "green" so this was perfect for her.

MMSA: star cards swap

Another swap on Mail Me Some Art was for star cards. I did not really feel inspired by stars... So I decided to turn a bit around the subject and I created a card picturing starfishes.

And here is the very nice card I received from Joanne McCabe. I love the very subtile way the subject is treated.
